MAKE IT and TAKE IT
A step-by-step to making the perfect hard seltzer using the uKeg TWIST.
STEP 1: Add ingredients
- Unthread the Seltzer Cap and add ice
- Add one cap full of uKeg TWIST flavoring (1.5 cap-full for 36 oz TWIST) OR, add fresh fruit to taste
- Add cold water to the 'FILL LINE"
re-install the Seltzer Cap
STEP: 2 Carbonate
- Remove the Easy Twist Regulator
- Insert a new 8 gram CO2 cartridge into the Cartridge Well (small end pointing up).
- Re-install the Easy Twist Regulator until fully tight (you may hear a gas "rushing" sound (this is normal)
- Shake the TWIST for 30 seconds
STEP 3:
Enjoy!
Rotate the SPOUT out fully. Either pour using the DISPENSE BUTTON or sip directly through the SPOUT (you do not need to push the DISPENSE BUTTON to sip through the SPOUT)
